Caga Tio.

The super talented Ed Carosia (Mi Bulin), and few friends, are organizing in Barcelona, in December, an event called ILU-STATION. It's a festival of indie-illustration and indie comics.
This year the festival is aimed at children, based on "Caga Tio", a mythical Catalan Christmas character. Ed kindly asked me to do my own version of it. Here it is.

"Brushes" 2.1 beta.

Steve Sprang who developed "Brushes" for the iphone, sent to some artists yesterday, including myself, the beta version of the new "Brushes" that will be available soon I believe on the app store.
I love it. Steve did a great job, he added various brushes, and the possibility to edit those brushes. I do not use my Iphone to draw anymore, but enjoyed going back to it the past couple of days.
One thing I also like is how big you can export your image (you'll get and idea by clicking on the sketch).

Delayed Moon Landing.

I know this post comes a bit late, as the Moon Landing 40th Anniversary was last month, but here are some sketches I did at NASA in Houston last year.








This old man I sat next to at the Houston Airport, was I believe an Astronaut. He was discretely listening to his mission on a big yellow plastic walkman. NASA too has to cut their budget somewhere.
